Young at Heart

Young at Heart is the senior adult ministry of Broadway Baptist Church that includes all adults age 50+ who want to enjoy great fellowship through church activities. The group plans day trips and participates with Lexington Community Seniors. If you'd like to join the Young at Heart email list, please contact David Dale, Minister of Music & Senior Adults.

  • Thursday, January 30 - Trip to Derby Dinner Playhouse to see, "Love, Lies & the Lottery" - leave at 10 am $69
  • Friday, February 14 - Trip to Woodford Theatre to see, "A Raisin in the Sun" and dinner at Brown Barrel in Midway - leave at 4 pm $69
  • Thursday, February 20 - Senior Adult Luncheon at 11:30 am in the fellowship hall - Bill Kelly as an Elvis Presley impersonator $20
  • May 14-23 - Hawaii, visiting the islands of Kona and Kauai - $3,623 plus air
  • July 11-19 - Grand Alaska Land Tour $3,495 plus air
  • September 4-13 - Senior Adult Trip to Colorado $3,195
